1. Immediate termination of all consultancy services without notice.
2. Complete forfeiture of all service fees paid to EaziPath.
3. Reporting to appropriate government authorities, embassy fraud units, or educational institutions where required by law.

8. Financial, Currency Exchange, and Payment Terms

• Non-Banking Status: While EaziPath provides logistical guidance regarding currency exchange, blocked accounts, and tuition remittance, EaziPath is not a financial institution, bank, or licensed currency broker.
• Direct Payments: All official tuition fees, university housing fees, and official embassy visa fees must be remitted directly to the respective institutional or government bank accounts unless explicitly stated in a signed EaziPath service contract.
• Third-Party Payment Gateways: Payments processed through our website utilize encrypted third-party processors. EaziPath is not liable for technical banking failures on third-party payment networks.

9. Refund, Cancellation, and Termination Policy

• Consultation & Advisory Fees: Service fees paid to EaziPath cover administrative overhead, document audits, and advisory labor. Fees are non-refundable once document processing or university submission has officially commenced.
